Both packages include baseline photo-readiness cleaning, professional still photography, records organization, and owner-approved listing support. The Professional Media package adds motion footage to help bidders see, hear, and understand the vehicle.

Mechanical work, paint correction, extensive detailing, transportation, storage, specialized preservation services, and work outside the stated package scope are separately estimated.

Additional scope and exclusions

Paint correction, deep interior restoration, engine-bay detailing, undercarriage detailing, dry-ice cleaning, mechanical diagnosis or repair, transportation, storage beyond any specifically included period, additional record scanning, extensive historical or provenance research, and extra revision cycles require a separate estimate and your approval.

Enhanced video production, driving video, and cinematic feature video are excluded from Essentials. Professional Media includes the motion-media scope listed above. Additional photography sessions, extensive travel, advanced retouching, drone work, studio rental, elaborate lighting, and additional production are separately estimated. Defects are documented, never concealed.

Neither package includes unlimited revisions, negotiating a vehicle sale, receiving sale proceeds, guaranteed platform acceptance, or a guaranteed sale price or result.

Owner-controlled process

You remain the seller and decision-maker.

GT prepares the vehicle and administrative materials. The owner makes the sale decisions.

GT can prepare and organize

Condition observations, preparation recommendations, photography, video, records, factual listing drafts, disclosure checklists, submission packages and response drafts.

The owner approves and acts

The platform, listing text, disclosures, reserve, material auction comments, offers, final transaction, title transfer, payment and vehicle release remain with the legal owner and seller.

The Grand Tour Collective is an independent auction-preparation service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bring a Trailer. GT does not negotiate or accept offers for the owner, receive or hold vehicle-sale proceeds, or sign the title or bill of sale for the owner. Fixed service fees remain separate from vehicle-sale proceeds.

Is professional photography included in the $850 package?

Yes. Both packages include approximately 75–100 professionally edited still photographs. The $1,025 package adds the described motion-media production.

Is the standard Bring a Trailer seller fee included?

Yes. GT pays the standard $99 Bring a Trailer seller listing fee. Upgraded platform services or other platform charges require separate scope confirmation.

Do you guarantee platform acceptance or a sale result?

Platform acceptance and auction results are not guaranteed. The platform decides whether to accept and schedule a listing; bidders and the owner determine the outcome.

Does preparation include mechanical work or extensive detailing?

No. Those services are separately estimated and approved. Baseline cleaning is focused on photo readiness, while known condition and defects are documented for the owner's review.

Can every vehicle have a driving or undercarriage video?

Only when safe access, insurance, owner authorization, and vehicle condition permit. We confirm an appropriate media plan during intake.

When can my auction go live?

Timing depends on vehicle readiness, records, appointments, owner approval, and platform acceptance and scheduling. No launch date is guaranteed.

How do I choose a package?
